We only collect what you send through a form. We use it to reply to your intake, send the resource you requested, or deliver the newsletter you subscribed to. We never sell your data. We never share with Oracle. We are buyer side only.

When you complete a quote request, white paper download form, or newsletter subscription form, we receive the fields you submitted. This typically includes name, work email, company, job title, and the details of your Oracle situation.
When you visit the site we receive standard server log information including IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. This is used to maintain the site and detect abuse. We do not use third party advertising trackers.
All forms on this site are processed through Formspree, a third party form handler. Submissions pass through Formspree servers before reaching our inboxes. Formspree acts as a data processor under our instruction. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io.
This site uses minimal first party cookies for session integrity and a privacy respecting analytics tool that does not use third party cookies or fingerprinting. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any equivalent ad network tag.
Intake submissions are kept for 24 months from the date of submission to support our conflict checking and follow up needs. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. White paper download records are kept for 24 months. Engagement records are kept for seven years for tax and audit purposes.
Under GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if inaccurate, to have it erased, to object to processing, and to receive a copy in machine readable format. To exercise any of these rights, submit the request through the contact form on the site. We respond within 30 days.
Data submitted from outside the United States may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We use standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards where required by GDPR.
We use TLS encryption on every page of the site. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. Stored data is held in access controlled systems with multi factor authentication on every administrative account. We do not store payment information on this site.
This site is intended for procurement, sourcing, IT and finance professionals. It is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
