Eastern time zone availability for client calls, with extended hours through end of business in San Francisco. Our London office covers the United Kingdom, the European Union, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific clients comfortable with English language engagements. UK and EU public sector work supported under standard government procurement frameworks. Active client work across financial services, pharma, energy, telecoms, and manufacturing.
Every engagement begins remotely. The intake call, the discovery interviews, the counter offer review, and the negotiation playbook are delivered by secure video and document share. There is no minimum geography. We have closed engagements with clients we have never met in person.
Where the engagement requires on site presence, for example a multi day workshop with your CFO and procurement leadership, or a face to face negotiation round with Oracle in your office, we travel. Travel is billed at cost with no markup, and is agreed in the SOW before the engagement begins.
For multinational clients we typically staff a lead consultant from the office closest to the negotiating entity. A UK headquartered manufacturer renewing its global Oracle deal will be led from London. A US bank renewing its primary Oracle Database master agreement will be led from New York. Where both Oracle accounts are involved, both offices are involved.
All client data is held in encrypted client only workspaces. We do not pool client data across engagements. We do not share data with Oracle. We do not share data with any reseller. The independence rule applies to information just as much as it applies to money.
